When will I receive my order?

We aim to deliver all orders within 7 to 10 working days. Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and courier details.

How much is shipping?

We use specialist freight couriers to ensure your panels arrive safely.

  • UK Mainland: £24.99 (Free on orders over £500)

  • Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands: £49.99

Where does my order ship from?

We are a proud UK business. All stock is held and dispatched directly from our Lancashire Distribution Centre: Unit 10, Maz Business Park, Honeywell Lane, Oldham, UK (OL8 2JP).

Will I be charged customs fees?

No. We are based in the UK and ship from within the UK. There are no customs duties, import taxes, or hidden fees for our UK customers.

Where is my order?

If your estimated delivery date has passed, please try the following steps before contacting support:

  • Check your tracking link: This was sent in your shipping confirmation email.

  • Check with neighbours: Couriers often leave large parcels with a neighbour if you were not home.

  • Check safe places: Garages, porches, or side gates.

If you still cannot locate your parcel, please contact our team immediately at info@mywallpanels.co.uk with your Order Number, and we will open an investigation with the courier.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately using the button below.

  • If the order has not yet shipped, we can update it free of charge.

  • If the order has already been dispatched or is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a re-delivery fee will apply to resend the goods.
