We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your items must be in the same condition that you received them:
Unused and uninstalled (no glue or screw marks).
In their original packaging (essential for courier protection).
Complete with all original parts.
Please note: As our wall panels are large, heavy freight items, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
For large pallet returns, we can arrange a collection for you, the cost of which will be deducted from your final refund (typically £49.99 - £75.00 depending on location).
To start a return, you can contact us at info@mywallpanels.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception.
If the packaging looks damaged, please sign for the delivery as "DAMAGED" with the courier.
Contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please provide photos of the damage to help us process the claim.
Certain types of items cannot be returned:
Custom Products: Any panels that have been cut-to-size or modified at your request.
Opened Adhesives: Glues or sealants that have been opened or unsealed (due to shelf-life expiry).
Clearance Stock: Items specifically sold as "Seconds" or "Damaged Stock" are final sale.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Notwithstanding the above, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
